Who am I?
My work as a counsellor began 20 years ago in the mental health field. Early on, I thought I needed to be some kind of expert - to read all the books, know all the theories and have all the solutions. But that's not what a counsellor is! Over time, I realised that people are best served when I show up as a a patient witness - someone who 'sees' you so that you may better see yourself. Through years of practice and navigating my own way back from a life-threatening illness, I understand deeply that we already carry everything we need within us - sometimes it just takes a co-pilot to help us locate it.
Today, I meet you with a deep knowing that we are all connected to something much greater than we might imagine. I understand that we are always in relationship with our energetic body, soul self and the universal energy that weaves within and around all of us.

Clinical Supervision for Counsellors
Counselling professionals registered with a peak membership body are required to seek regular Clinical Supervision. Supervision is an essential part of our duty of care to those we support and an important means of growing personally and professionally over time.
